2020!

I have a crazy new years resulotion. I’m going to work out every day.

Hear me out! I’m very much a planner. I plan everything down to the smallest detail. That can often be a good thing, but a lot of the time it comes in the way of me reaching my goals. So this year, I’m not gonna. I’m just gonna work out everyday. Whatever I feel like. It doesn’t have to be much, or good, but consistent. Thats the key. It kan be a small run, weightlifting, a class, swimming or a walk in the mountains, just something.

Along the way I hope to learn a lot about weightlifting (I know so little, so I’ll just jump into it and figure it out as i go), I hope to see some progress although I will try my best not to measure it, and I hope to fint the motivation by just doing it.

This will be good! I know it! I’ll keep you posted!
